The Radisson Blu Hotel Addis Ababa will be located in the city's central business district, just blocks from the International Trade and Investment Center (ICTIC). The hotel will be the first of its kind in Ethiopia and one of the largest hotels in Africa due to its proximity to the capital of Ethiopia. It will also be on the outskirts of Nairobi, Ethiopia's second largest city and second largest metropolitan region.

The 12-storey hotel is due to open in 2023 and will have a separate living, working and sleeping area with a fully functional kitchen. The Radisson Blu Hotel Algiers Hydra has 140 rooms and is ideally located in the heart of the city's central business district, just a few blocks from the International Trade and Investment Center (ICTIC).
